The Youth of Europe is the youth wing of the strongest Montenegrin political party – the Europe Now Movement!. The inaugural congress was held in Podgorica on 4th March 2023. where over 200 young members of the Europe now! Movement from all over Montenegro elected the president – Jelena Milanković, vice presidents – Tamara Crnogorčić, Milivoje Karadžić and Darko Savović, and adopted statutory documents. The Youth of Europe act in accordance with the Statute and The Youth of Europe Manifesto, as well as the Statutory and Programme Documents of the EN! Movement.

YE’s activities are conducted by the Presidency, which, in addition to the President and Vice-Presidents, consists of the Secretary-General, secretaries, coordinators, local coordinators and a member of the EN! Movement’s Presidency in charge of youth policies. At the local level, youth activities are managed by a local coordinator appointed by the Presidency through a public competition.

The Youth of Europe have their own symbol, the logo of blue-gold color of irregular shape in which the letters ME are inscribed for the Montenegrin language verison, and YE for the English language version. All members Europe now! Movement younger than the age of 30 and who accept the provisions of the Statute and the values contained in the Youth of Europe Manifesto have the right to membership in the Youth of Europe.
